CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellation made with 14 days or more prior notice. Deposit refunded. 

Cancellation made less than 14 days notice no refund be given.

Please note Tariffs are not refundable should you cut your stay.

Deposits may be transferred once up to 12 months for the same person NOT able to transfer to another party.
